The letter makes mention of an urgent commercial communication from the Ministry of Commerce, with reference number (13639) and dated 27/4/1445H. This communication refers to the royal decree number (29179) dated 9/5/1443H regarding the transfer of localization tasks and its objectives in the commercial sector to the Ministry of Commerce.

Based on this, the agency associated with the ministry is in the process of initiating an initiative to align educational outputs with the needs of the labor market in collaboration with universities and colleges. In light of the importance of this matter, the Saudi Committee for the Labor Market at the Union wishes to urgently receive a compilation of the labor market's needs for jobs and professions that do not find the required educational output suitable. The committee also seeks to specify the number of vacancies for each required specialization in each city for establishments in the commercial sector, specifically in the "Retail, Wholesale, and Professional Services" activities, to provide this information to the ministry.
